About Regan Career Institute

Here at RCI, we provide our students with superior training and the foundation to successfully pursue a career in Phlebotomy and other healthcare professions. Our faculty and teaching staff are highly trained and experienced professionals. They are all California State Certified in the courses they teach. The classroom and externship training is presented in a lively, interesting format combining lecture supported by active, hands-on on experience.

Learning does not end upon graduation. Skills learned in the classroom and practiced during your externship are refined on the job. As your experience through externships and in-the-field training increases, so will your confidence in your skills. RCI also offers various Continuing Education Courses to further develop and maintain your knowledge, skills, and experience.

Regan Career Institute is registered with the State of California. All of our courses been approved by the California Department of Public Health Laboratory Field Services (LFS). The approval of Regan Career Institute to provide phlebotomy and other training ensures that RCI meets California's standards for these courses and training programs.
